IMS Division

Our IMS (Integrated Manufacturing Services) Division offers integrated contract design and manufacturing services to the automotive and office automation industries.

Leveraging on the extensive range of in-house capabilities and facilities, we provide a comprehensive range of outsourcing services to our global customers. These include product design, tooling design and manufacture, product industrialisation, plastic injection moulded parts/components, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and final test and assembly of modules and box build products.

With an established track record of 30 years in plastic injection moulding and more than 20 years in PCBA and box build assemblies, our IMS Division has evolved from the production of high volume consumer audio products to high mix, low volume complex electro-mechanical products and medium to high volume automotive products.

The strength of the IMS Division's integrated services lies in our turnkey project capabilities comprising a team of experienced engineers engaged in product co-design and co-engineering with our customers at the initial stages of the product development cycle. Additionally, dedicated New Product Introduction (NPI) teams are in place to assure customers of a seamless transition from product concept to product realisation.

Our strong competencies in the design and manufacture of plastic parts and plastic injection moulding tools enable us to deliver stable and cost effective solutions to our customers. Coupled with various in-house surface coating technologies, including printing, spray painting, laser etching and PVD coating, we deliver a wide range of plastic parts and components that meets the quality standards in the industries we serve in.

Further up the value chain, we support our customers in co-design, industrialisation and manufacture of complex and high precision electro-mechanical modules and complete box-build products. Supported by established supply chain and logistics management services, our IMS Division provides customers with complete and integrated outsourcing solutions to suit their needs and expectations.

Mechanical and Electronics Design and Engineering support
Managing and transforming our customers' product ideas, concepts or ready designs into commercial products in accordance to customers' specifications that meets international market standards and requirements.
Tooling Design and Manufacture
Optimising designs for manufacture of plastic injection tools that meets the highest level of product accuracy and quality.
Plastic Injection Moulded Parts and Components
A wide range of high quality parts and components for the automotive and office automation industries.
Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
From flex-circuits to rigid PCBs of up to eight (8) layers with mounting capabilities that include BGAs and flip chip technologies. Almost all products are manufactured to lead-free production requirements and standards.
Box Build/Final Test and Assembly
OEM and ODM services for a wide range of modules and box build products incorporating a varied range of product technologies in the automotive and office automation business segments.


Equipped with an extensive range of well established in-house facilities, the IMS Division is a centre of engineering and production excellence. All our facilities are designed to be flexible to serve high volume strategic key components as well as medium to low volume modules and box build products.

Plastic Injection Moulding
A wide range of servo electric and hydraulic machines ranging from 30 tons to 280 tons are available in-house to support the varied product needs of our customers. Higher tonnage requirements are outsourced via a strategic partnership with an external moulding shop.
Fabrication/surface finishes
Various surface coating technologies including printing, spray painting, laser etching and UV coating are available in-house to manufacture a wide range of aesthetic finishes that meet the highest standards and demands of our automotive customers.
Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
All mounting lines are equipped with flexible high precision placement machines (with BGA and flip chip capabilities) complete with in-line solder printing machines and eight (8) zone ovens.
Box Build/Final Test and Assembly
Depending on the process, test and assembly requirements, flexible cells and automation lines are designed and commissioned by our industrial engineers for optimum productivity and stability.
